Jerry Garland

About Jerry
Jerry is a Co-Founder of Life, Leadership and Legacy, LLC. He is a highly accomplished senior executive with strong leadership skills in the areas of leadership and organizational development, financial management, business generation, and supply chain and product management.
He currently serves on several Boards including RF Industries (RFIL), where he is Chairman of their Audit Committee and a Member of the Governance, Compensation, and Strategic Planning and Allocation Committees. He also serves as Vice Chair for the World Trade Center Institute. He also recently served for ten years as a Board Member and Senior Adviser to SOZO Children, an organization that empowers vulnerable children in Uganda. Previously, he held senior leadership positions at TESSCO Technologies, Bank of America, American Express Tax and Business Services, Stanley Black and Decker and Maryland National Bank.
Jerry received his MBA, with a concentration in Finance, from Loyola University and his Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Accounting from Towson University. He has been married to his wife Susan for 45 years. They live in Monkton, Maryland and have two grown sons, David and Paul.

Pat Goodman

About Pat
Pat is a Co-Founder of Life, Leadership and Legacy, LLC. He has served on the Young Life staff for 48 yrs on Young Life Staff in a variety of roles including Area Director and Regional Director. Presently, he serves part-time as a National Training Consultant, while also working with young men in Baltimore City in collaboration with the Area Director.
Pat also serves part-time as the Director of Men’s Ministry at Grace Fellowship Church in Baltimore, Maryland and is part of the weekend teaching ministry. He founded a Men’s Ministry approximately twenty years ago and has over 200 participants that meet weekly throughout the year. During these sessions men gather to talk about their faith, their lives, their futures and how they can have an impact on their spheres of influence. Pat also serves at the Helping Up Mission in Baltimore City and meets with men weekly for one-on-one coaching and encouragement sessions. Over the years he has been afforded the opportunity to motivational speeches that inspire and train a vast number of people in a variety of settings.
Pat received a Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of Maryland and a Masters of Arts Degree in Theology from the Fuller Theological Seminary. About David
David is a Co-Founder of Life, Leadership & Legacy, LLC. David is a Partner and Sr. Private Wealth Advisor for Blue Trust and serves his clients out of Blue Trust’s office in Hunt Valley, Maryland. As a Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) and an experienced wealth advisor to individuals, families, and businesses, David uses his objective perspective to help clients make wise financial decisions to experience clarity and confidence and leave a lasting legacy. His goal is to help those he serves focus on the things that matter most to them. David and his team integrate financial planning, investment management, and trust services into financial plans tailored to his clients’ needs. Prior to joining Blue Trust in 2001, David was a Financial Advisor with Legg Mason, Inc., where he specialized in providing investment management services to families, retirees, and small business owners.
David graduated cum laude from Towson University with a B.A. in Political Science and Economics and has also obtained the Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC®) and Certified Kingdom Advisor (CKA®) designations. Active in his local church and community, David is also a member of two national leadership organizations (PathNorth and The Trinity Forum) and has served on the board of the Maryland Fellowship of Christian Athletes (FCA). David and his wife, Kristin, have been married for over 20 years, have two children, and live in Nottingham, Maryland.
